Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Pop Yum! This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of our delicious popcorn when you order through our Shopify website, www.popyum.co.uk, owned and operated by Pop Yum Foods Ltd. ("Pop Yum", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to this Delivery Policy. Please review it carefully.

Please Note: This policy applies to retail purchases only. Wholesale orders have separate delivery terms.

1. Delivery Options

As of 11/02/2026, Pop Yum now offers free delivery on all UK mainland orders. Estimated delivery times and associated costs are displayed at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout, as we cannot modify orders once they are processed. If your country is not listed as a delivery option, please contact us at info@popyum.com to inquire about availability.

3. Delivery Times

  • UK Deliveries: Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), delivery may take additional time. We will notify you of any expected delays via our website or email.

4. Packaging

We take great care to package your popcorn securely to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, in certain cases, we cannot guarantee perfect condition due to varying handling standards during transit. If your order arrives damaged/defective, please refer to our Returns section below.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free for UK mainland orders. Sadly, we cannot currently fulfil orders to destinations outside of the UK.

6. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before submitting your order, as we cannot amend orders once they are processed.

7. Stock Availability

We strive to keep all products in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for a full refund or an alternative product. We appreciate your understanding during high-demand periods when stock may be limited.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@popyum.com with your order number, and we will investigate promptly. For tracked deliveries, we will provide updates based on the tracking information. Pop Yum is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

9. Returns for Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@popyum.com to arrange the return, and include photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products. Returns should be sent to: 74-76, North East Fruit & Vegetable Market, Gateshead, NE11 0QY. Please obtain proof of posting from your delivery service provider, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without proof.

10. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural disasters, customs delays, or technical issues with shipping providers. We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them promptly.
