Please Note: This policy applies to retail purchases only. Wholesale orders have separate delivery terms.

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping within the United Kingdom and international shipping to select countries.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs are displayed at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
2. Delivery Locations
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and to select international destinations. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout, as we cannot modify orders once they are processed. 3. Delivery Times
- UK Deliveries: Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited delivery options may take 1-2 business days. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- International Deliveries: Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 5-15 business days. Customs processing or other international shipping factors may cause delays.
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), delivery may take additional time. We will notify you of any expected delays via our website or email.
4. Packaging
We take great care to package your popcorn securely to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, for international orders, we cannot guarantee perfect condition due to varying handling standards during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns section below.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order, the selected delivery method, and the destination. All costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Prices include applicable taxes but exclude any customs duties or fees for international orders, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before submitting your order, as we cannot amend orders once they are processed.
7. Stock Availability
We strive to keep all products in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for a full refund or an alternative product. We appreciate your understanding during high-demand periods when stock may be limited.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@popyum.com with your order number, and we will investigate promptly. For tracked deliveries, we will provide updates based on the tracking information. Pop Yum is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
9. Returns for Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@popyum.com to arrange the return, and include photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products. 10. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural disasters, customs delays, or technical issues with shipping providers. We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them promptly.
11. International Orders
For international deliveries, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost. Please check your local regulations before ordering. We cannot mark international orders as gifts or lower the declared value to avoid customs fees.
